The Deban Rest House is located within the Namdhapa National Park. This forest rest house is managed by the Forest Department of Arunachal Pradesh. The Deban Rest house is a beautiful bungalow. There are both single and double occupancy rooms. Tourist huts are also there. A dormitory is also available. All the necessary amenities are provided and so your stay will surely be comfortable.
There is a restaurant at the Deban Rest House. The meals prepared by the cooks are fairly good and the prices charged are also quite reasonable keeping in mind the fact that this is quite an isolated area.
There is no public telephone service beyond Miao. It is only this Deban Rest House which is in radio communication with the Forest Office.
Moreover you can stay in very close proximity to nature when you are residing at Deban Rest House. Rare birds can be seen in close vicinity. The mysterious forests seem to engulf you and certainly there can be no better option for the adventurous. The rest house serves as a very good spot from where you can go trekking and explore the depths of the Jungle and see various animals.
