Day 01: Arrive Calicut
Welcome on arrival at Calicut where you start your Heritage Kerala Tour. Our representative drives you to Kappad Beach Resort for an overnight stay.

Day 02: Sightseeing Calicut
Today you go on a full day sightseeing tour in and around Calicut. Start with a visit to Beypore that stands as the oldest port of Kerala. Spend some time at the famous wood market here and watch traditional wooden ships, locally called 'Marakalam', being made by local craftsmen even today. Return to the resort for the night.

Day 03: Calicut - Mahe
Heritage Kerala Tour today continues to Mahe. Check in at Ayesha Manzil heritage hotel on arrival. After lunch, leave for a sightseeing trip to the famous fort and mosque here. Evening return to the hotel for night stay.

Day 04: Mahe
Today we take you to witness the rich heritage of Kerala. Visit a famous school of art and explore the traditional forms of dance and performing arts of Kerala. Before leaving, watch an enlivening 'Thayum' and 'Kalari Pati' performance by local artists. Return to hotel for overnight stay.

Day 05: Mahe - Wayanad
Continue your Heritage Kerala Tour to Wayanad. Upon arrival, transfer to the renowned Vythiri Resort sprawling amidst acres of verdant rainforests. Day free for nature and wildlife treks. Take an exciting elephant safari and enjoy watching the amusing antics of fascinating birds and animals here. Spend the night at the resort.

Day 06: Wayanad
Leave in the morning to explore the enchanting heritage of Kerala. Learn more about tribal culture at the tribal village and museum nearby. Break for lunch and then proceed on an exciting trek of up to 4 km leading to an ancient cave. Here you explore the intriguing facets of our rich Indian civilization. Return to the resort for an overnight stay.

Day 07: Wayanad - Cheruthuruthy
Heritage Kerala Tour now takes you to Cheruthuruthy that is the proud home to Natya Kala Mandalam, the widely acclaimed school of traditional dance and art of Kerala. Witness the varied fascinating forms of art here, including the remarkable skills displayed by local potters and weavers. Transfer to Heritage River Retreat Hotel to spend the night.

Day 08: Cheruthuruthy - Cochin - Departure
Morning check out from hotel and leave for Cochin. Transfer to international airport/railway station upon arrival to board connecting flight/train back home or for onward journey. End of Heritage Kerala Tour.
