Detailed Itinerary
01 Day : Arrival at Mumbai
On arrival at the Mumbai airport, our representative will receive you & transfer to the hotel for an overnight stay.
02 Day : Mumbai � Aurangabad By Flight
After breakfast at hotel, you will leave for a visit to the Gateway of India and the local market of Mumbai. Later on time assistance and transfer to airport to board flight to Aurangabad. On your arrival at Aurangabad, assistance and transfer to Hotel. Overnight stay.
03 Day : Aurangabad
Morning full day sightseeing tour of the Ajanta Caves. A UNESCO World Heritage Site, Ajanta Caves are approximately thirty in number. The caves consist of chaitya halls (shrines) or viharas (monasteries). Paintings, scriptures and architecture of both the Hinayana sect as well as the Mahayana sect of Buddhism adorn Ajanta caves. Overnight stay.
04 Day : Aurangabad
After breakfast sightseeing tour of Ellora Caves, Daulatabad Fort and Aurangabad Caves. Ellora Caves also hold the distinction of being a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Ellora Caves represent the major religions, namely Buddhism, Hinduism and Jainism. There are a total of 34 monasteries and temples at Ellora, belonging to the three different religions.
Aurangabad Caves reflect tantric influences in their iconography and architectural designs. The nine caves comprise of mainly Buddhist monasteries or Viharas. Overnight stay.
05 Day : Aurangabad - Mumbai
On time assistance and transfer to airport to board flight to Mumbai. On arrival & transfer to Hotel. Later you will proceed for an excursion to the Elephanta caves. These caves are known for rock cut temples, which date back to the 5th century. The night stay will be at the hotel.
06 Day : Mumbai
After having breakfast in the morning, you will leave for a sightseeing tour of the city. You will be visiting Juhu Beach, Hanging Gardens and Prince of Wales Museum. Late evening, assistance at Hotel & transfer to international airport to catch a flight for onward destination.
