Day 01: Arrival at Delhi
Arrive at the Delhi International Airport where you will meet
our representatives who will take you to the hotel. In the afternoon
after lunch you will be taken to a sight seeing tour of Old
and New Delhi.On this tour you will be taken to the Red Fort
and Jama Masjid. The icing on the cake will be a rickshaw ride
through the busy streets of Chandni Chowk, the popular market
place. You can shop for trinkets or Indian fabric here. The
night will be spent in Delhi.
Day 02: Delhi - Corbett Tiger Reserve
Enjoy breakfast at the hotel. After breakfast we will proceed
for the world-famous Corbett Tiger Reserve (250 km - 6 hrs)
by road.
Corbett is rated amongst the most beautiful and famous Tiger
Reserves of India. Nestled in the lap of the scenic and beautiful
lower Himalayan ranges, Corbett Tiger Reserve is home to a rich
and varied flora and fauna of which the majestic Tigers are
also a part. It is also the first forest in the country to be
declared a National Park. It derives its name from the famous
hunter turned author Jim Corbett who roamed these forests.
On your arrival, you check in to the resort and relax. In the
afternoon, you will be taken to an exciting jungle safari (Jeep
or Elephant Safari) for wildlife viewing. Spend the evening
in a relaxed mood unwinding at the resort's restaurant. The
night will be spent at the resort.
Day 03: Corbett Tiger Reserve
Wake up to an exciting full day of game viewing (Two safaris
with lunch break) in Corbett Tiger Reserve. The first safari
will be the early morning jeep safari. The second one will be
an evening safari. Early morning and evening are the best time
to track a tiger and other wildlife in their natural habitat
since these are the times when they are most active. Night will
be spent at the resort.
Day 04: Corbett Tiger Reserve - Delhi
A filling breakfast at the resort will make you ready for a
morning game-drive into the lush forest. In the afternoon, we
start for Delhi (250 km-6 hrs) and reach there by late evening.
On reaching relax at the hotel after a hectic day. Overnight
stay will be at Delhi.
Day 05: Delhi - Ranthambore Tiger Reserve
After breakfast at the hotel, you will board a train to Sawai
Madhopur (400 km-6 hrs), the nearest railway station from the
Ranthambore Tiger Reserve. On your arrival there you will be
transferred to the resort. Spend the evening the way that suits
you most. You can relax at the resort or watch some interesting
slides on the tiger. The night will be spent at the resort.
Day 06: Ranthambore Tiger Reserve
Spend the whole day in game viewing (Two safaris) inside the
lush forests of Ranthambore Tiger Reserve.
Ranthambore Tiger Reserve is considered one of the finest tiger
reserves of India. Your chances of tracking a tiger in his own
natural habitat here is quite high. Ranthambore is also popular
among wildlife photographers from all over the world. Overnight
stay will be at the resort.
Day 07: Ranthambore Tiger Reserve
Wake up to the 2nd day of game viewing (Two safaris) inside
the lush forests of Ranthambore Tiger Reserve. You can also
visit the centuries old fort inside the National Park. Thenight
will be spent at the resort.
Day 08: Ranthambore - Bharatpur (Keoladeo Ghana National
Park)
Have breakfast at the resort and proceed for a last morning
game-drive into the dense forest of Ranthambore National Park.
Later that day we drive to the world-famous Bharatpur Bird Sanctuary
(400 km-6 hrs).
Bharatpur Bird Sanctuary is one of the best known bird sanctuaries
in the world. Home to over 400 varieties of birds including
the world-renowned migratory Siberian Cranes, Bharatpur is a
bird watcher's paradise.
On arrival, check in to the Lodge. At dusk, you can enjoy an
exciting bird safari to spot a large number of various exotic
and colorful birds. Return to the lodge in the evening and relax..
You can also visit the Keoladeo Temple that stands at the centre
of the National Park. Overnight stay will be at Bharatpur.
Day 09: Bharatpur - Agra
After breakfast at the lodge, enjoy an exciting early morning
Rickshaw Ride at the Bharatpur Bird Sanctuary. This unique rickshaw
ride is one of the best and a sound and pollution free way to
explore the rich avifauna and other wildlife of the park.
In the afternoon, we drive to Agra (55 km-1 hr) and reach by
evening. On arrival we check in to a hotel for the night.
Day 10: Agra - Umaria (Bandhavgarh National Park)
After breakfastat the hote, we proceed to visit the world-famous
white marble monument Taj Mahal. A symbol of love, the Taj Mahal
was made by the Mughal emperor Shah Jahan. Enjoy an exciting
battery van ride to the Taj.
Later, we visit the Tomb of Itimad-ud- Daulah. Built by Empress
Noor Jehan in memory of her father, it is one of the finest
architectural masterpieces of the medieval Mughal period and
is famous as the 'Mini Taj'. Some say, that the intricate carvings
and filigree work in the interiors of the tomb are even better
than those at the Taj.
At 18:00 hrs we board the train for Umaria. The night will be
spent on the train.
Day 11: Bandhavgarh National Park
Arrival at Umaria in the morning (06.00 hrs).From the station,
we drive to the famous Bandhavgarh National Park and check in
to the resort. Enjoy breakfat at the jungle resort. Later, in
the afternoon, we head for the Bandhavgarh National Park for
game viewing in an exciting safari. You are most likely to spot
some homeward bound animals at this time.
Night stay at the resort in Bandhavgarh.
Day 12: Bandhavgarh Tiger Reserve
Wake up to a full day of game viewing (Two safaris) inside the
dense forests of the tiger reserve.
Bandhavgarh Tiger Reserve is one of the finest and famous tiger
reserves of India. Famous for having the highest tiger density
in the country, Bandhavgarh is one of the best place for tiger
viewing.Overnight stay will be at the resort.
Day 13: Bandhavgarh Tiger Reserve
Get ready for a 2nd day of game viewing (Two safaris) inside
the park. Explore the wide variety of flora and fauna at Bandhavgarh
Tiger Reserve. Overnight will be at the resort. You can also
visit the old fort now in ruins inside the park.
Day 14: Bandhavgarh National Park - Kanha Tiger Reserve
enjoy an early morning safari into the park. After breakfast
we head for Kanha (250 km - 6 hrs) by road.
Kanha Tiger Reserve is counted among the best tiger reserves
of India. This is the place where the first White Tiger was
spotted. It also boasts of being the most well-maintained park
in Asia.
Arrive at the park around afternoon. Check in to the resort
and relax.
The night will be spent at the Resort in Kanha.
Day 15: Kanha Tiger Reserve
Full day of game viewing (Two safaris) at the Kanha Tiger Reserve.
Explore the great variety of flora and fauna and a unique and
varied wildlife of the park. If you are lucky, you will spot
a tiger in its natural habitat.
Overnight will be at the resort.
Day 16: Kanha - Nagpur
Experience the Morning Safari inside the Kanha National Park.
After lunch, we proceed to Nagpur by road (250 km - 6 hr). At
Nagpur we check in to the hotel just before dinner time. Enjoy
dinner and spend the night at the hotel.
Day 17: Nagpur - Delhi - Further Destination
Board the flight to Delhi in the morning. On arrival check into
your hotel and relax. Enjoy a sightseeing tour of New Delhi
after lunch.
Later in the evening, you are transferred to the airport to
board the flight for your onward destination or way back home
with sweet memories of India Tiger Wildlife Safari.
