To reserve the beauty of the natural grandeur had been the sole endeavor of Jawaharlal Nehru. The Delhi Zoo had been renovated and enlarged in scope and form by the Government to revive the ecological poise. Delhi Zoo stands jubilantly over 214 acres of land and consists of a large variety of rare and gorgeous animals and birds.

Location: Situated near the ITO.

Admission Timing: 9.30am to 4.00 pm from October to March, and 9.00 am to 4.30 pm from April to October. It remains closed on Fridays.
