Introduction

Built over a period of six years and completed in 1938, Lakshmi Narayan temple is located on Mandir Marg, on the west of Connaught Place. The temple was inaugurated by Mahatma Gandhi. The temple is devoted to Narayan, the Preserver and Lakshmi, the Goddess of Wealth.
