Introduction
Created by well known political cartoonist, K Shankar Pillai, Shankar's International Dolls Museum has a collection of over 6500 dolls from over 85 countries. The museum has a collection of dolls from India as well as foreign countries like Australia, America, Africa and U.K. There is a separate dolls workshop along with the museum where research about physical characteristics, dress code and other minute details are carried out.
