Day 1: Arrival at Chennai
Just after your arrival at the airport you will receive a warm welcome from our representatives who will also escort you to the hotel. Take rest to get over the jet lag and enjoy your stay at the hotel in Chennai.
Day 2: Mahabalipuram
After eating breakfast, we shall set out for Mahabalipuram. After reaching Mahabalipuram, you shall be transferred to the hotel and the rest of the day will be spent in the wonderful beaches of Mahabalipuram.
Day 3: Sight Seeing at Mahabalipuram
This day is also devoted to this tiny sea village. In the morning we shall visit the famous rock cut temples of Mahabalipuram. These are architectural marvels and you will surely be impressed by the exquisite sculptures. The Varaha Cave, Arjuna's Penance, Mahishamardini Cave, Shore Temple and Sculpture Museum are all included in the trip. In the evening you can again relax in the beaches and enjoy the sweet breeze that blows. The night will be spent in the hotel at Mahabalipuram.
Day 4: From Mahabalipuram to Pondicherry, Sight Seeing at Pondicherry
In the morning we shall drive to Pondicherry which was once a French Colony. Then we will be visiting the various tourist attractions in Pondicherry. Other than the French War Memorial and the Aayi Mandapam, the Aurobindo Ashram and the Auroville are included in the sight seeing tour. The calm and tranquil atmosphere of the ashram will have a very soothing effect on your minds. Retire to the hotel in Pondicherry at night.
Day 5: From Pondicherry to Tanjavur, Sight Seeing at Tanjavur
Just after breakfast we shall set out for Tanjavur. After arriving in Tanjavur, we will be visiting the Brihadesvara Temple which is an embodiment of remarkable architectural dexterity and one of the tallest temples in the world. We will be staying overnight at the hotel in Tanjavur.
Day 6: From Tanjavur to Trichy, Sight Seeing at Trichy
On this day, we will start for Trichy just after our breakfast. After reaching Trichy, we will be visiting the Sri Jambukeswara Temple, Rock Fort Temple and the Rangathaswamy Temple. This will be followed by a visit to the Viralimalai Sanctuary where we can see beautiful peacocks spreading their colorful feathers. At the end of the day we will go back to our hotel to spend the night.
Day 7: Trip to Madurai
We will be starting for Madurai from Trichy. On arrival we will check in to the hotel and for the rest of the day you can do what you please. The night will be spent in Madurai.
Day 8: Sight Seeing at Madurai
Today's outing includes a visit to the famous Meenakshi Temple and the Tirumalai Nayak Palace. Both are very impressive monuments. At the end of the day, we return to the hotel to rest and be prepared for the next day's journey.
Day 9: Departure for Periyar
We shall head straight for Periyar. After reaching we shall check in to the hotel. Then we will enjoy a boat ride in the Periyar Lake. For the night we will halt in Periyar.
Day 10: From Periyar to Kovalam
Today will be truly exciting. In the morning we will set out for Kovalam which is rightfully referred to as the Paradise of the South. Relax for the entire day admiring the lovely golden beaches of Kovalam dotted with palm trees. You can either bask in the warmth of the sun or take a dip in the azure waters of the sea.
Day 11: Kovalam
This day has also been kept reserved for Kovalam. The sea is truly very welcoming and you will surely like spending another day in this beautiful sea side. Take rest for the night at the hotel in Kovalam.
Day 12: Trip to Kumarakam
On this day you will be taken to Kumarakam. The sunset cruise in the evening will surely be a wonderful experience and truly one of its kind. After the memorable evening, go back to the hotel and spend the night.
Day 13: Sight Seeing at Kumarakam
The main attraction for the day is the visit to the bird sanctuary. You will get to see an amazing variety of birds and also listen to their sweet humming voice. After the visit you are free to spend the day as you please. We understand that this is a vacation and these few moments of leisure are much cherished.
Day 14: From Kumarakam to Cochin
We will be going to Cochin on this day. The journey might leave you tired and so we check in to the hotel immediately after arrival. There are no other plans for the day and so you are free to do what you like.
Day 15: Sight Seeing at Cochin
The day begins with a visit to the historical Cochin Fort. This will be followed by a boat cruise. You will be taken to the 7 islands of Cochin. The splendid view of sunset at the Chinese Fishing Nets is sure to remain embedded in your minds forever. At the end of the day, retire for the night at the hotel in Cochin.
Day 16: from Cochin to Mysore via Bangalore
We will go to the airport to board the flight for Bangalore. After reaching Bangalore, we will drive to Mysore. On arrival, we will check in to the hotel and get over the day's tiredness. There is much in store for us the next day.
Day 17: Sight Seeing at Mysore
On this day we will be visiting many beautiful spots. The spectacular Mysore palace, the beautiful Lalitha Mahal Palace, the imposing Seringapatnam Fort, the beautiful Brindavan Gardens are all included in this trip. The night will also be spent in Mysore.
Day 18: From Mysore to Hassan
In the morning we shall set out for Hassan and en route we will be visiting Belur and Halebid. We will halt at Hassan for the night.
Day 19: From Hassan to Bangalore, Sight Seeing at Bangalore
Immediately after breakfast in the morning we will set out for Bangalore. On the way we will see the colossal statue of Gomateshwara at Sravanabelagola which has a very serene expression. In Bangalore the places that will be covered include Lal Bagh Gardens, Vidhan Soudh, Cubbon Park, Bangalore Palace, Venkatappa Art Gallery, Shiva Statue, Bull Temple, Tipu Sultan's Palace, Iskon Temple and Jawaharlal Nehru Planetarium. At the end of the day we will retire to the hotel in Bangalore.
Day 20: Departure for Mumbai
We will be transferred to the airport so that we can board the flight for Mumbai. After reaching Mumbai, you will be transferred to the hotel where you can relax for the rest of the day.
Day 21: From Mumbai to Goa
From the Mumbai Airport, we will board the flight for Goa. After reaching Goa, you will be taken to the hotel. You are absolutely at liberty to roam around its beautiful beaches. It will be an exhilarating experience. Truly words cannot express the absolutely fantastic beaches of Goa.
Day 22: Goa
The day will be spent in admiring the mesmerizing beauty of this paradisiacal place. You are sure to fall in love with it. Wake up early in the morning to view sunrise, enjoy a bath in the sea or just simply lie down in the golden beaches basking in the warmth of the sun. The night will be spent in Mumbai.
Day 23: From Goa to Mumbai
Today you have to bid adieu to this great sea side. We will be boarding the flight for Mumbai. After reaching Mumbai, we will be retiring to the hotel.
Day 24: Leaving Mumbai
From the hotel you will be taken to the airport so that you can board the flight back home loaded with pleasant memories.
